You can give someone else access to your accommodation: your partner, a fellow host who is helping you out, or someone who fills in the figures for you.
Where to find it
Sharing is located under the management of your accommodation, not under measurements.
- Go to the overview and click on Details for the correct accommodation.
- Scroll down the page to the Management of this accommodation block.
- Click on 👥 Share.
Only the owner of an accommodation sees that button. If you are viewing someone else’s accommodation, you cannot share it further. This is intentional: only the person who owns the accommodation decides who can access it.
Who you can invite
In the window that opens, you will see at the top who the accommodation is already shared with. Below that, it says ➕ Share accommodation with someone.
You enter the person’s email address. If you want them to be able to fill in data as well, check Write permissions. If you leave that blank, the person will receive read permissions. Then click Share.
The person will automatically receive an email stating that an accommodation has been shared with them.
No account yet? If that email address does not have an account on this site yet, the platform will notify you and offer to send an invitation. The person then creates an account themselves, and after that, you share it again.
Read or also modify
Two levels, and you can see them listed per person as a label:

Publishing, further sharing, and deleting the accommodation always remain reserved for you as the owner, even with write permissions.
This also applies to the link with EnergyID. Only you link the accommodation, choose the meters, and disconnect. Someone with write permissions can see if the accommodation is linked and which meters are counted, and can have the data refreshed, but cannot see the contents of your EnergyID account. Someone with read permissions does not see the EnergyID block. See Automatic filling via EnergyID.
Revoke access
In the same list, the Revoke access button is located behind each person. You will receive a confirmation question, and then access is immediately removed.
What that person previously filled in will remain. It is your data; sharing only gives access, not ownership.
What the other person sees
Everything for this single accommodation: your data, your measurements, your occupancy, your documents, and your history. Not your other accommodations, and not your account.
Occupancy figures are sensitive business data. So share consciously, and revoke access when the collaboration ends.
