First, figure out where you stand
Sustainability has become an overused term. We make it concrete: statistics about your lodging, in units you’ll recognize.
Before you invest in solar panels, a heat pump, or a certificate, there’s a simpler question: How much energy, CO₂, and water does your lodging currently use per person per night? Without that baseline, you won’t know whether a measure is effective, and you won’t be able to demonstrate later that you’re making progress.
The Logies Footprint does the math for you. You enter your annual consumption—or even have it retrieved automatically via EnergyID—and enter your occupancy rates, and the module converts that into consumption per person per night and per room per night.
What You’ll Get
- Your energy, CO₂ (Scope 1 and 2), and water footprint, per person per night and per room per night.
- Your share of renewable energy, adjusted for solar panels, green electricity, and heat pumps.
- An anonymous comparison with similar accommodations: Are you among the top third, in the middle of the pack, or do you have some work to do?
- Your progress over the years, so you can see what a procedure has actually achieved.
- A report and an infographic that you can share with your colleagues, your guests, or a certification body.
What It Is Not
This is neither a label nor a certification mark. It is your baseline measurement: the starting point on which you’ll base your future decisions. Today, the module covers energy, CO₂, and water. Waste, food, mobility, and biodiversity will be added later.
Your grades are yours to keep
Comparisons are completely anonymous. Other business owners never see your individual data—only group averages.
