You need an account to save your data. Without an account, the platform cannot know which figures are yours, nor can it protect them from others.
Create an account
You can register on the site using your email address. You will receive a confirmation and then you can get started right away.
Preferably use an address that you manage yourself and that remains active even if staff changes. Notifications about your year-end closing and your EnergyID link will be sent there.
Logging in
You log in using that same address. If you have lost your password, you can request a new one through the usual process on the site.
Roles
| Role | Capabilities |

| Operator | Everything for their own accommodations: create, fill in, publish, share |
| Shared user | What the owner allows: read-only, or also edit |
| Administrator | Support, checks, and management of the platform |
A shared user is, for example, a fellow host who collaborates with you or someone who helps you with follow-up. See Sharing your accommodations with a colleague.
Your profile and email preferences
In your profile, you can update your details and turn notifications on or off. You can find which messages are available under Emails you can receive.
