Here is a breakdown of what you need and where to find it.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accommodation details<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your address is enough to get started: the platform uses it to retrieve the name, type, number of rooms, and your registration from Toerisme Vlaanderen. You can fill in the rest yourself:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Surface area<\/strong> of the building in m\u00b2.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Percentage of <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/creating-and-managing-your-accommodation\/\">private use<\/a>.<\/strong> If you live in the building yourself, that part does not belong to your accommodation. Estimate it based on surface area: if you occupy 60 of the 200 m\u00b2, that is 30%.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Number of beds<\/strong> in addition to the number of rooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Occupancy data<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Room-nights and person-nights over the full year, as a yearly total or per month. Sources: your Statbel declarations, your booking system, or your guest register. See <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/the-footprint-module\/entering-occupancy\/\">Filling in occupancy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energy consumption<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Electricity<\/strong> in kWh per year, and separately your <strong>export<\/strong> to the grid if you have solar panels. Both can be found on <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/where-to-find-your-data\/\">Mijn Fluvius<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Gas<\/strong> in kWh, as it appears on your annual statement. The platform does not accept the figure in cubic meters from your gas meter.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Solar energy:<\/strong> the total yield of your panels, from your inverter&#8217;s app.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Heat pump:<\/strong> the electricity consumption plus the <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/glossary-and-abbreviations\/\">SCOP<\/a> of the device.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Other sources:<\/strong> heating oil, LPG (propane or butane), wood or pellets, solar thermal, own wind turbine, hydrogen.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Your EAN number.<\/strong> Found on your invoice and on the digital meter. Optional, but handy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Water consumption<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your drinking water consumption in m\u00b3, from your water distributor&#8217;s statement, their customer portal, or your meter. You can always add more later, and an incomplete year still provides a useful picture.
