The submission package is the final step: one zip file containing the official verification form and all your supporting documents, ready to be submitted to the competent authority.<\/p>\n\n
The official verification form.<\/strong> We use the exact JRC form, not our own version of it. The module only fills in the answer cells; all formulas, dropdown lists, and formatting remain untouched so that the authority recognizes the file and the built-in compliance check works correctly. If you open it in Excel, it recalculates itself.<\/p>\n\n The supporting documents.<\/strong> All documents you have linked to declarations, numbered, with a MANIFEST.txt file stating which number belongs to which declaration. Confirmed template texts only become actual text files at this stage.<\/p>\n\n Consumption tables.<\/strong> The sheet with consumption figures is populated from your measurement data: electricity, guest nights, your own solar or wind energy, total kWh, water, and surface area excluding your private section. The sheet calculates the key figures below that automatically.<\/p>\n\n A block of fields that goes directly into the application form: company name, legal representative, contact, company category (micro, SME, national or international chain), number of locations for a chain, turnover estimate, and whether you are applying for a discount based on EMAS or ISO certification. We fill in the place and date of signing ourselves.<\/p>\n\n Before generating, the module checks for what is missing: unanswered declarations and declarations with mandatory documentation but no evidence. This is a warning, not a block<\/strong>. You can always generate the file. The reason is simple: sometimes you provide a document separately, or you have made an agreement with the authority. We are not going to decide that your file cannot be submitted.<\/p>\n\n Stamp and signature. We cannot provide these, and they are on the list of things you complete by hand. Afterwards, you submit to the FPS Public Health via ecolabel.be<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n Regenerate after every substantive change.
