With just four pieces of data, you can already reach an initial result.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check this first<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need recognition from Toerisme Vlaanderen to be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/the-footprint-module\/publishing-and-requesting-a-check\/\">publish<\/a>. Without recognition, you can fill in and view everything, but your accommodation won&#8217;t be included in the <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/the-footprint-module\/your-evolution-and-the-benchmark\/\">benchmark<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you need at a minimum<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Your address.<\/strong> With this, the platform automatically retrieves the name, type, and number of rooms from Toerisme Vlaanderen. If you live in the building yourself, keep your <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/creating-and-managing-your-accommodation\/\">percentage of private use<\/a> handy as well.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Your occupancy:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/the-footprint-module\/entering-occupancy\/\">room nights and person nights<\/a>. The easiest way is to upload your monthly Statbel declarations; the platform will add them up for you.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Your annual electricity and gas consumption.<\/strong> You can find this at a glance on <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/where-to-find-your-data\/\">Mijn Fluvius<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Your annual drinking water consumption<\/strong> in m\u00b3. This is on the bill from your <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/where-to-find-your-data\/\">water company<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A full list of everything you can fill in can be found under <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/the-footprint-module\/what-information-do-you-need\/\">What data do you need<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step by step<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/registering-and-logging-in\/\">Create an account<\/a> and log in.<\/li>\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/creating-and-managing-your-accommodation\/\">Add your accommodation<\/a> with your address and have the data retrieved from Toerisme Vlaanderen.<\/li>\n\n<li>Create a <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/the-footprint-module\/creating-a-reporting-year\/\">reporting year<\/a>, usually the year that has just ended.<\/li>\n\n<li>Fill in your <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/the-footprint-module\/entering-occupancy\/\">occupancy<\/a>, or upload your Statbel files.<\/li>\n\n<li>Enter <a href=\"https:\/\/fairhospitality.coop\/en\/fairhospitality-toolset-user-guide\/the-footprint-module\/enter-energy-and-water-measurements\/\">electricity, gas, and drinking water<\/a>. What you fill in is saved, and you can complete it later. If an energy source is missing, the rest remains accurate.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only publishing requires a complete year.
